Greater Geelong Mowing & Maintenance

1. Scope of Services

We provide outdoor property maintenance services including, but not limited to:

• Ride-on and standard lawn mowing

• Edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and mulching

• Tree pruning and removal up to 3 metres in height

• Pressure washing and graffiti removal

• Rubbish and leaf collection

• Seasonal clean-ups and garden overhauls

All services are delivered with professionalism, safety, and attention to detail. Custom

service packages may be arranged upon request.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

• Services are scheduled based on availability and location.

• Clients will receive confirmation of booking via email or SMS.

• We aim to be punctual and communicate clearly regarding any delays due to

weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Access & Site Conditions

• Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property on the

scheduled service date.

• Hazardous conditions (e.g., aggressive animals, unsafe terrain) may result in

rescheduling or refusal of service.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or service scope if site conditions differ

significantly from initial assessment.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, and approved invoicing for

commercial clients.

• Late payments may incur a fee and impact future bookings.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and

resources.

• Services postponed due to weather will be rescheduled at the earliest

convenience.

6. Liability & Insurance

• We are fully insured for public liability and property damage.

• While every care is taken, Greater Geelong Mowing & Maintenance is not liable

for pre-existing damage or issues outside the scope of our work.

• Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to

service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us

within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

• Feedback is always welcome and helps us maintain high standards.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information is handled with care and used solely for service delivery and

communication.

• We do not share personal details with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of

significant changes.
